1. How do I personalize this product?

Click “Customize Now” and upload your photo(s), name, date, message, or other details requested for the product. Make sure all details are correct before placing your order.

2. What kind of photo should I upload?

For the best result, upload a clear, high-resolution, original photo with good lighting. Avoid screenshots, blurry images, heavily cropped photos, or images downloaded from WhatsApp/social media whenever possible.

3. Will my photo look exactly the same on the final product?

We do our best to reproduce your photo beautifully. However, slight differences in colour, brightness, cropping, engraving depth, or print appearance may occur because the final result depends on the material and production process.

4. Will I receive a design preview before production?

For products where a preview is applicable, our team may share a design proof before production. Some straightforward personalized products may be produced directly using the details submitted with your order.

5. Can I make changes after placing my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need a correction. Changes can usually be made only if production has not yet started. Once your customized product enters production, changes may not be possible.

6. How long does customization take?

Personalized products require additional preparation and production time compared with regular ready-made products. The estimated delivery timeline shown during checkout includes the expected processing and shipping period.

7. How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping/tracking information on the contact details provided with your order.

8. Can I order this product as a gift?

Absolutely. Gift Hatke products are designed especially for gifting occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, baby celebrations, friendships, and other special moments.

9. Can I add a special message or different name?

Yes, wherever the product supports text personalization. Enter your preferred name, date, message, quote, or other requested details in the customization section.

10. What happens if I make a spelling mistake?

The product is created using the information submitted with your order, so please check all names, dates, spellings, photos, and messages carefully before confirming your customization.

11. Can I cancel or return a personalized product?

Because personalized products are specially made for you, cancellation or return may not be possible once production has started. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team with photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

12. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Contact us as soon as possible after delivery and share clear photos/videos of the damaged product and its packaging. Our team will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution according to our replacement/refund policy.

13. Is every personalized product exactly identical?

Minor variations are normal because many Gift Hatke products involve processes such as laser cutting, engraving, printing, hand assembly, or finishing. These small variations make each customized piece unique.

14. Are the photos I upload safe?

Customer photos and personalization details are used for processing and fulfilling your customized order. They are not intended to become part of the public product design.

15. I have a special customization request. Can you make it?

We love creating something Hatke. If you need a customization that is not available through the standard options, contact our team before ordering and we will let you know what is possible.

16. Can I place a bulk or corporate order?
